Ethereal Theatre are back for their second year at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with a new revival of Little Shop of Horrors. With music by Alan Menkin and lyrics and book by Howard Ashman, Ethereal Theatre add a dystopian twist to the blood-thirtsy Skid Row. This new revival will be premiering at theSpace UK @ Surgeon’s Hall as part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2017 for a two week run.
With direction by Marc Zayat - ‘Sleeping Dogs Lie’, ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’ and choreography by Dana Hudson - ‘Bring It On’, ‘RENT’ and musical direction by Flynn Sturgeon.
Synopsis:
Meek floral assistant Seymour Krelborn stumbles across a new breed of plant life, which he names Audrey II after his female co-worker crush. This foul mouthed, R&B singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to Seymour as long as he keeps feeding it…blood…whatever the cost!
